FRAMINGHAM – Sandra Lee Moleronek, 69, passed away peacefully, after a battle with an aggressive form of brain cancer on February 2, 2021.
She was educated in Framingham schools and went on to graduate from the School of the Worcester Art Museum. She worked for Trader Joe’s in Framingham for 26 years and formed many longtime relationships there.
Sandra loved to explore near and far and traveled extensively in the world. She loved to walk the parks, hike at the Quabbin Resevoir and enjoy the beaches wherever she went. Mostly she enjoyed the company of her many friends and family. When she was younger she spent time with her Dad at the flea market buying and selling antiques. She used her creative eye to purchase vintage clothing and redesign it to her style.
Sandra is survived by her mother Florence (Bianco) Moleronek-Halterman and her brothers Carmine Cardillo of Clinton also Salvatore and Julia Cardillo of Wethersfield CT and aunts and uncles as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also the sister of the late Richard and Joseph Cardillo.
Sandra was the daughter of the late Alexander Moleronek and sister to the late Steven Moleronek. She is survived by her aunt Monica Moleronek-Elred, of Orleans and many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends from the Cape. She was predeceased by several aunts.
Linda Rudolph, her cousin of Northboro, friends Elaine Griffith of Oakham and Edward Belbusti of Wayland were her dedicated and loving caregivers.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a gathering of friends and family will be postponed till spring.
