FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police are investigating an attempted armed robbery reported at a gas station on Route 9Saturday night, March 7

The report was called into the Sunoco gas station at 554 Worcester Road around 9:15 p.m.

The man showed a knife to the employee behind clear glass at the station, said Lt. Patricia Grigas.

He showed the knife, but he left with no money and ran out, said Police.
