BOSTON – Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States of America flag and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flag be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset at all state buildings on Friday, September 4, 2020, in coordination with funeral services and in honor of SGT Brandon Wieland, of Holliston, who passed on August 24, 2020.
