FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Public Library said this morning, June 28, that patrons can return overdue materials with no fines, still.

“If you received an email requesting that you return your library materials in two days, please disregard,” posted the Library.

“As the Minuteman Library Network goes back online messages are being sent automatically. We apologize for this confusion!,” wrote the Library on social media.

“Please return your materials at your convenience. There will be no fines for overdue materials. Thank you so much for your patience! The safety of our community and staff is our first priority!,” posted the Library.
