MetroWest Medical Center’s Leonard Morse Hospital has received ObservSMART recognition for its successful implementation and effective use of the ObservSMART Patient Safety System, reinforcing the hospital’s commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care.

ObservSMART is a digital observation tool that supports consistent patient monitoring, improves clinical documentation, and enables staff to quickly identify and respond to patient needs. The system contributes to safer, high-quality care and provides staff with real-time information on patient status and needs. It also improves communication across care teams and supports timely action when necessary.
