He has had prior experience working at several restaurants and worked as assistant manager at one. He now feels ready to open his own and has prepared himself to take the required steps to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The establishment will be located at 1609 Concord Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commissioner Stuart Pologe gave Corona a heads-up about the responsibilities he will have regarding the health department and the tasks needed to manage the restaurant in compliance with city regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corona assured his preparedness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI have an idea about what\u2019s going to happen once we get ready to get the health department into the restaurant,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The vote was 3-0 to approve, with members Tiel Wadland, Sara Porter, and Pologe present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>[broadstreet zone=&#8221;59948&#8243;]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The restaurant must undergo a fire prevention inspection and receive a food permit before opening, however.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No date was given for a possible opening to the Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 5-member License Commission is down to just four members with the r<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/framinghamsource.com\/index.php\/2021\/05\/13\/new-framingham-license-commission-chair-barnosky-leaving-in-june\/\">esignation of former chair Adam Barnosky.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mayor Yvonne Spicer appointed Commissioner Wadland as the new chair on Monday, July 12. Her term is through June 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commissioner Laura Medrano was absent from Monday\u2019s meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Lucas&nbsp;Gustafson is an SOURCE summer intern. intern working for SOURCE.
