Douglas, Jr.\u00a0have mutually agreed that Douglas will step down as Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0John A. Lederer, Executive Chair of the Board, will be appointed interim CEO of the Company. These changes will be effective as of\u00a0Friday, June 18, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company&#8217;s Board of Directors has commenced a search process to identify a permanent CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Sandy for his commitment and dedication to the Company,&#8221; Lederer said. &#8220;I look forward to working closely with Chief Financial Officer\u00a0Jeff Hall\u00a0and the rest of the senior management team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Company and execute on our growth strategy as the economic recovery in\u00a0North America\u00a0gains momentum.
