ASHLAND – Grayce C. (Buder\/Bragdon) Ford, 87 of Ashland passed away April 9, 2021.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born in Webster, to the late Gustave E. and Blanche E. Buder on Dec. 22, 1933.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brought up in Putnam, CT, she graduated from St. Mary\u2019s School, the former Putnam Catholic Academy.\u00a0 She then attended and graduated from the Holy Ghost Hospital Nursing School in Cambridge.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was married to the late Richard Bragdon and they had a daughter, Joy Sharon in 1956.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During a nursing career she had various positions in the Boston and Metrowest area until her retirement in 1999 from TJX Co. as office nurse.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was married to Peter P. Ford in 1980 until his death Sept. 25, 2012.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She leaves her daughter, Joy Marderosian and her husband John of Framingham, and her grandson, Brian Marderosian, and several nieces and nephews.\u00a0 She also leaves 3 special friends, Peter and Susan Dalton of Utah, and Carol Casey of Florida.\u00a0 She was predeceased by her sisters, Ellen Stryczek of CT, and Elizabeth James of AR, brother, Alexander Buder of Cape Cod, nephews, Stanley Stryczek of FL, Michael James of AR, and a special niece, Pat Engles of MO.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wed. April 14\u00a0at 10:00am in St. Stephen\u2019s Church, 221 Concord Street in Framingham, followed by a private burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.\u00a0 There are no calling hours.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
