FRAMINGHAM \u2013 The City of Framingham announced 135 new COVID-19 cases since Wednesday, December 9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There have been more than 860 cases in the City since Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 20% of all the cases in the City of Framingham during the pandemic have been diagnosed since Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Framingham was averaging 8 cases per day around Labor Day, the City of Framingham is now at 63 cases per day per 100,000 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the pandemic, there have been 162 deaths, as the city announced a new death today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Framingham has had a total of 4,100, coronavirus cases since the pandemic began.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Framingham has about 75,000 residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The good news is 3,004 individuals have recovered<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Active cases in the City of Framingham increased from 855 to 934<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individuals in quarantine are up to 380<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 SOURCE published information about the new COVID testing site at Framingham State last week.<\/strong><\/a> It opened on Monday. It is by appointment only and drive-thru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today was the last day for the free drive-thru COVID testing site at TJX Headquarters<\/a><\/strong>, off Route 30, open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has hired Fallon Ambulance to run the testing site as part of the state\u2019s Stop the Spread campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today is also the last day for the SMOC HQ testing site at 7 Bishop Street from 3 to 6 p.m.<\/a><\/strong> It is walk-up only with limited parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both the TJX & SMOC testing sites close Today.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
