FRAMINGHAM – <\/strong>Massachusetts\u2019s\u00a0average gas price is down 1 cent from last week\u00a0($2.08)<\/em>, averaging\u00a0$2.07\u00a0per gallon, according to AAA Northeast, which has an office in Framingham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today\u2019s price is the 4 cents lower than a month ago\u00a0($2.11)<\/em>, and 49 cents cheaper than November 9, 2019 ($2.56)<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Massachusetts\u2019s average gas price is 4 cents lower than the national average.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs some states increase travel restrictions and others roll back reopening processes, demand is positioned to weaken, though not likely drop as low as we saw in March and April,\u201d said Mary Maguire, AAA Northeast Director of Public and Government Affairs. \u201cThat translates to a continuation of cheaper gas prices at the pump.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AAA Northeast\u2019s November 9 survey of fuel prices found the current national average to be 1 cent lower than last week\u00a0($2.12)<\/em>, averaging\u00a0$2.11\u00a0<\/strong>a gallon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today\u2019s national average price is 7 cents lower than a month ago\u00a0($2.18)<\/em>, and 51 cents cheaper than this day last year\u00a0($2.62)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
