HUDSON – The Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce, together with the Worcester Regional and MetroWest Chambers of Commerce, announce the 2nd annual joint event to honor and celebrate our veterans on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 4 p.m. streamed from the American Heritage Museum in Hudso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This unique event entitled: Tri-Salute to our Troops: Your History. Our Heritage will salute the nation\u2019s veterans and features a trip through the United States\u2019 conflicts via the Hudson-based museum\u2019s collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests will explore the human impact of America\u2019s fight to preserve freedom and learn how technological innovations have changed the lives of both military personnel and civilians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

President and CEO of the Marlborough Regional Chamber, Robert Schlacter said: \u201cThe challenges of 2020 make it more important than ever to honor the men and women who have served our military throughout America\u2019s history. It is exciting to share this celebration with our Chamber partners and members for the second year, graciously hosted by the Collings Foundation from their stunning and fascinating museum.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chambers to host this event that salutes our veterans and highlights a spectacular museum that pays tribute to their contributions and sacrifice. We hope that everyone gets a chance to see this display and learn about our nation\u2019s past, explore and study our history, and most of all, remember and recognize those that served\u201d said Timothy P. Jim Giammarinaro, President and CEO of the MetroWest Chamber said: \u201cWe are very pleased to join our Chamber partners in recognizing the men and women who have served our country. Their brave and selfless acts have provided us with the freedom we enjoy today. The museum is beautiful and the perfect destination for anyone who want to know more about our nation’s heroes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A rare and exceptional display of military technology, the museum begins with the Revolutionary War taking visitors through a history of battles to the War on Terror. An honor guard will present a special salute followed by a program featuring prominent retired military, state and local officials and recognition of veterans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A portion of Worcester and MetroWest proceeds will benefit Veterans Inc. with and Sweats for Vets benefitting from Marlborough\u2019s proceeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admission for the event is free for all veterans and active duty personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cost to attend for non-veterans and others is $20 for Chamber members, and $30 for non-Chamber members. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
