She says, \u201cI\u2019m a people person by nature so it makes sense to work in healthcare to help people.\u201d The best part of Pam\u2019s career as nurse is seeing patients dramatically improve. \u201cThat warms my heart.\u201d Her most memorable experience while working at MetroWest was working on Christmas and seeing staff and patients celebrate together the best we could with staff working and patients not being home for the holiday. In her spare time, Ellen likes to watch sports, play volleyball and softball, cook and bake, and socialize with her family and friends.<\/p>\n
