MetroWest YMCA Hosts Health Kids Day 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FRAMINGHAM &#8211; The MetroWest YMCA held its annual healthy kids day yesterday, April 29.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the activities were moved inside due to the weather forecast, but kids could still explore the fire truck and police vehicles outside.<\/p>\n<p>The first 200 people at the 3-hour event in Framingham received a free t-shirt.<\/p>\n<p>Healthy Kids Day\u00ae is the Y\u2019s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families.<\/p>\n<p>Inside there were a lot of booths, including one son nutrition and exercise.<\/p>\n<p>Other activities included:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>herb gardens<\/li>\n<li>arts and crafts<\/li>\n<li>fitness challenges<\/li>\n<li>basketball<\/li>\n<li>water
