This change will take effect Monday, April 24 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This is an important route that helps to connect the downtown area of Framingham including the MetroWest Medical Center with the Route Nine<br>malls and other areas of the city north of Route Nine such as Framingham Center, Nobscot, and Saxonville,&#8221; said City of Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky. &#8220;The schedule adjustments that were made to accommodate students at the High School are very much appreciated.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>[broadstreet zone=&#8221;59945&#8243;]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The MWRTA works with our regional and municipal partners to evaluate current service levels, and to see where improvement can be made,&#8221; said Jim Nee, the MWRTA Administrator.&#8221;While many transit routes across the country are still recovering ridership from pandemic lows, several key routes in Framingham, such as the Route 3, are seeing large increases in demand. This change should provide an improved experience for our riders.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MWRTA is dedicated to providing the people of MetroWest with reliable, equitable, and accessible public transportation.
