(stock photo).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>[broadstreet zone=&#8221;53130&#8243;]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FRAMINGHAM &#8211; The MetroWest Health Foundation, in partnership with local health and human service organizations, is asking MetroWest residents to share their feedback on health issues and services in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2023 Community Health Assessment survey is part of a multi-tiered process for capturing the many voices of the MetroWest region. The survey is short and<br>anonymous. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no right or wrong answers \u2013 it is your opinions and experiences that matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 10-minute, anonymous survey can be completed online using one of the following links:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IN ENGLISH:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/CHA23Eng\">https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/CHA23Eng<\/a><br>EN ESPA\u00d1OL:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/CHA23Esp\">https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/CHA23Esp<\/a><br>EM PORTUGU\u00caS:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/CHA23Por\">https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/CHA23Por<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>[broadstreet zone=&#8221;58610&#8243;]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information gathered from this survey will inform future health programming and community services in the MetroWest region. The completed Community Health<br>Assessment will provide an update from the last assessment conducted in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Past assessments have informed community efforts related to issues such as access to care, behavioral health and healthy aging.
