Robert Albert Russo Jr., 69, of Framingham, passed away at the West Roxbury VA Medical Center. Born in Schenectady, New York, he was the son of the late Patricia (Kirby) and Robert Albert Russo Sr.

Bob was a truck driver for Orlando Enterprises and was dedicated to his work. He served as quartermaster at the Italian Veterans Post 40 in Milford and was a proud Army veteran, having worked as a crew chief on a Blackhawk. Bob enjoyed having a good time and playing Keno. He was a great father and grandfather who will be greatly missed.

Bob is survived by two children, Ashley Russo of Framingham, and Robert Russo (Sonja Morin) of Blackstone; He also leaves behind his siblings, Philip Russo, Regina Russo Cerqua, and Valarie Russo Degni; his grandchildren, Bentley and Elijah Morin, Connor and Nicholas Pendergast, and Luna Russo, as well as many cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 7th, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St.  www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 8th, at 9:00 a.m. at Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston. Burial with military honors will follow in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Holliston.
