Gregory T. Fiore, 58, of Millbury and formerly Framingham, died suddenly Saturday, January 24, 2026. Born in Framingham, he was the son of Mary (Green) Fiore, and the late William Fiore.
Raised and educated in Framingham, Greg attended Newbury College for Culinary Arts. He worked his entire life in the restaurant industry and most recently as an assistant manager at Not Your Average Joe’s in Westwood. He was extremely dedicated to his work.
Hardworking, perseverant and resilient, Greg’s greatest joy in life was time with family especially his children, and most recently his grandson Teddy. He loved music, particularly the band Rush, and enjoyed golfing, fishing, and watching sports, especially the Bruins. Greg will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Greg is preceded in death by his wife Sofia Perez-Tamayo Fiore. Besides his mother, Mary, Greg is survived by his girlfriend, Amy Resnick, his children, Kellie Gagliardi & her husband Matthew, Miles Fiore & his fiancé Kayla Sullivan, and Mercedes Fiore, his grandson, Teddy Fiore, his siblings, Sheree Caron & her husband David, Douglas Fiore, and Glenn Fiore, and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Greg’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St. Framingham on Monday, February 2nd from 5-8PM. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Stephen Church, 251 Concord St. Framingham on Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment will follow in St. Stephen Cemetery, Framingham.
