Our hearts are heavy as we celebrate the life of Marlene Rotger Martino, who brought light, laughter, and love everywhere she went. Born on January 20, 1963, in Bronx NY, Marlene lived a life full of heart, a mix of humor, hustle, and pure authenticity. She was “la real one” before that was even a saying.

Marlene was the proud mother of Charlene and Antonio, and the world’s most loving Abuela to Anthony, Jaiden, and Antonio Jr. Her family was her everything. She was their rock, their constant cheerleader, and the one who always made sure everyone was fed, loved, and laughing sometimes all at once.

She had a way of making everyone feel seen and cared for. Marlene could turn a tough day into a funny story, a stranger into family, and an ordinary moment into a memory. Her empathy was her superpower, and her laughter could fill any room.

Those who knew Marlene knew she didn’t just live life, she celebrated it. Whether cracking jokes, sharing her wisdom, or dancing in the kitchen, she reminded us that joy and love are what truly matter.

Marlene leaves behind a community of family and friends who will miss her deeply but will forever carry her spirit, fun, fierce, and full of love.

Fly high, Marlene. We’ll keep laughing, loving, and living loud , just like you taught us.

Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Marlene’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St. Framingham on Sunday evening, November 2nd from 5-8PM. Final prayers will be said in the funeral home on Monday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment will follow in Edgell Grove Cemetery, Framingham.
