  • Walkers and runners of all ages and ability levels;   Strollers are welcome

  • Runners interested in being teamed up with special needs athletes to push or encourage their special needs teammate to the finish line.
  • Sponsors, donors, and volunteers
  • Teams, businesses, or Non-profit organizations looking to raise funds

The event takes place on a partially closed course, ensuring safety and accessibility for all participants. Whether you’re an elite runner chasing a personal best or a family taking a stroll before your Thanksgiving feast, the Gobble Wobble has a place for you.

Lotte Diomede, Founder and President of SMILE Mass, shares:

“The race is an opportunity to showcase our athletes with disabilities. They always lead the way and begin the course at the front of the pack. Watching them inspires every participant and reminds us what inclusion truly looks like.”

Each year, the Gobble Wobble grows — attracting more runners, families, and community partners. Proceeds support SMILE Mass’s mission to help families raising children and adults with disabilities live happy, healthy lives through education, recreation, and vacation experiences. This year’s race will also feature several other non-profits raising funds for their organization utilizing the SMILE Mass platform. Teams include Casa Esperanza and Spina Bifida Association of Greater New England, as well as three SMILE Mass family teams raising money for SMILE Mass.

All participants will receive an official race shirt, and medals will be awarded to top finishers.
