Charles A. “Cal” Lincoln, 67, of Ashland, formerly a longtime resident of Framingham, died Saturday, October 25, 2025 with his family at his side. Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late Walter F. Sr, & Ethel (Winn) Lincoln, and the beloved husband of Marilyn A. (Amati).

Raised and educated in Framingham, Cal worked for the Town of Framingham Water Department for 22 years, where he served as the President of the Local Laborers Union 1156 for several years. He also worked as handyman for many years.

Cal was an avid Patriots fan and enjoyed bowling and camping.  More than anything, Cal enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and his great grandson Remi, who was his little buddy.

Along with his wife Marilyn, Cal is survived by his sons, Christopher & his wife Kimberly of Leicester, and Derek & his wife Bridie of Salisbury, his grandchildren, Bradley, Michaela, Zackary, Silas West, Evan, Devin, and Nolan, his great grandson, Remi, his siblings, Allen & his wife Kimberly, Timothy & his partner Jennifer,  and Kenneth & his wife Donna, and many nieces and nephews.

Cal was predeceased by his siblings, Walter Jr., Paul, Elizabeth “Betty Lou” Mercury, and Cynthia Houle.

Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Cal’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St. Framingham on Monday, November 3rd from 4-8PM. Interment will be private.
