Pauline L. (Ablondi) Guigli

Pauline L. (Ablondi) Guigli, 102, passed away peacefully at Casa de Ramana Rehabilitation Center, Framingham, MA on August 13, 2025.

Born in Framingham, MA, Pauline was the daughter of the late Achille and Giuseppa (Eptari) Ablondi of Framingham.  She is survived by her daughter Pamela Guigli of Brooklyn, NY and son Peter Guigli and his wife Portia Alleyne of Weymouth, MA and granddaughters Nia and Candace Powell and Karlah Alleyne.  Pauline is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She is predeceased by her husband Paul Guigli and son, Perry, and her brothers Louis, Charles, Mario, Robert, William, and Frederick and her companion John Barker.

Pauline graduated from Framingham High School in 1939.  She was employed at Dennison Manufacturing Company for many years.   A long time parishioner at St. Tarcisius Parish, she served as President of the Women’s Guild.  She was a second generation Framingham Heart Study participant.  Her long life can be attributed to her being engaged in social activities and connections to people.  Pauline enjoyed playing in area sports leagues including bocce, bowling and golf.  Pauline was a woman of deep faith and embraced challenges in her life with trust and hope.  Throughout her life, she always put family first and was like a mother to many with her generous heart, patience and care, guidance and support.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a time of visitation on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 from 9:30-10:30AM at the Norton, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 53 Beech St. Framingham. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM in St. Tarcisius Church, 562 Waverley St. (Rt. 135) Framingham.  Burial will follow in the family lot at St. Tarcisius Cemetery.
