Melissa A. Leporati, 37, of Framingham, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of Mark & Paula (Cardiff) Leporati. She was a 2005 graduate of Framingham High School and a 2009 graduate of Framingham State University.
Upon graduation, she worked at information Marketing Group/Harris School Solutions as a Technical Support Specialist. She then worked for the City of Framingham Cemetery Dept. as Office Manager at Edgell Grove Cemetery. She went on to work for Raytheon as an Analytics Data Analyst.
Melissa leaves her son, Dominic Leporati, her parents, her sister, Lauren Martin (James), her nephews, Brayden and Paxton Martin, her niece Savanna Martin, her beloved uncle and God Father, Dennis Cardiff, uncles, Edward Cardiff, David Cardiff & his wife Melanie, and Michael Leporati & his wife Terese, and her aunt, Kathleen Cardiff, and many cousins and friends.
She was predeceased by her uncles, Dr. Richard Cardiff, and Francis Leporati, her aunt and God Mother, Shirley Leporati, and her aunts, Sharon Cardiff and Judith Horsley.
Melissa enjoyed summer family vacations, and family pool gatherings, at her Uncle Franny and Aunt Shirley’s and Uncle Dennis’ pools.
Family and friends will honor and remember Melissa’s life by gathering for a time of visitation in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St. Framingham on Saturday morning March 1st from 8:30 – 9:30 AM. Her Funeral Mass will follow in St. Bridget Church, 830 Worcester Road, Framingham at 10 o’clock. Interment will follow in Edgell Grove Cemetery.
