Ceil was a communicant and dedicated volunteer at St. Jeremiah’s Church until its merger with St. George Catholic Church. She became a member of St. George’s Tabernacle Society and the Women’s Club. She thoroughly enjoyed being a Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association and Eastern Mass Women’s Lacrosse Umpires Association official in women’s athletics – refereeing volleyball, basketball, and her favorite -lacrosse. She also enjoyed traveling and vacationing at The Villages, FL with Charlie. She loved going to all her grandchildren’s activities and going out for “breakfast dates” with each one. Family was very important to her – celebrating holidays, festivities and serving Polish foods in her home.

She was always on the go – a hospital eucharistic minister, a MetroWest hospital aide, a member of the Boston Polish Business & Professional Women’s Club, the Framingham Garden Club, the Sudbury Opera Lovers Organization, and her numerous coffee groups.
