Advocates’ annual electronics recycling event is open to the public. Proceeds from the event will help provide technology assistance to those supported by Advocates. Advocates is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Our event accepts most electronics and appliances for a small fee. Cash is preferred, but checks over $30 are welcome.
- $5 each for Cell Phones, Tablets, Computers, DVD Players, Laptops, Radios, Speakers, Other Small Electronics
- $10 each for Microwaves, Small Household Appliances, Small Printers, Empty Propane Tanks
- $15 each for Flat Screen Computer Monitors, Range-Top/Large Microwaves
- $20 each for CRT Computer Monitors, TVs up to 24,” Dorm Sized Refrigerators, Dehumidifiers, Air Conditioners, Large Printers
- $25 each for TVs between 25” and 31”, Washing Machines, Dryers, Stoves, Large Appliances, Grills, Exercise Equipment, Large Yard Equipment
- $30 each for TVs between 32” and 35”, Large Refrigerators
- $35 each for TVs over 36”
- $40 each for Projection TVs
There is no fee for recycling wires, cables, chargers, car batteries, or household batteries, but a donation is encouraged.
