Diana J. (Morgan) Owens, 79, a resident of E. Falmouth, MA  and Estero, FL, passed away Monday, December 2, 2024 after an extended illness. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Richard & Agnes (Dow) Morgan, and the beloved wife of the late George A. Owens.

Diana was raised and educated in Newton and was a graduate of Newton South High School. After marriage, she raised her family in Weston, MA. She dedicated her life to being a homemaker, but worked as a medical secretary at Weston Pediatrics when her children were older. Known for her positive outlook on life and never one to complain, Diana had a cheerful spirit that drew people to her, particularly children. A friend to all, Diana loved babies, a good book and card games, and socializing with friends and family.

Diana was passionate about family, and being a mother and grandmother- creating a happy family was her main goal in life.  She is survived by her children, Kevin, Kristin (James) Fay of Sudbury, and Michelle (Joseph) Robbins of Holliston, her grandchildren, Lauren (Camila), Patrick, & Alex Fay, and Allison & Erin Robbins, her sister, Debby Lazoff, and many brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews.

Besides her beloved husband George, Diana was predeceased by her daughter, Deborah Owens, and her brother, Richard Morgan.

Family and friends will honor and remember Diana’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home,11 Lincoln St. Framingham on Friday, December 13th from 4-7PM. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning in St. Anselm Church, 100 Landham Rd., Sudbury at 10 o’clock. Interment will take place at a later date.
