Ellen Adams, RN, has been with MetroWest Medical Center Leonard Morse Hospital for one year. What Ellen likes most about her job the connections between the patients and the staff, and the times they can laugh together. Her mother is a nurse and she motivated Ellen to go into healthcare. She says, “I’m a people person by nature so it makes sense to work in healthcare to help people.” The best part of Pam’s career as nurse is seeing patients dramatically improve. “That warms my heart.” Her most memorable experience while working at MetroWest was working on Christmas and seeing staff and patients celebrate together the best we could with staff working and patients not being home for the holiday. In her spare time, Ellen likes to watch sports, play volleyball and softball, cook and bake, and socialize with her family and friends.
