Meet Efrain Casiano, Sous Chef, who has been with MetroWest Medical Center for 21 years. What Efrain likes most about this job is he is able to work with a great team and help them succeed with great communication and leadership skills. What he finds most rewarding is helping his staff obtain useful tools to prosper in their jobs. He also takes pride in keeping the kitchen safe and clean to serve our patients. His most memorable experience is the ability to gain growth—Efrain started working as a dishwasher, then he became the cook and now he has achieved the position of sou chef. In his spare time, Efrain enjoys being with my family, going on vacations, watching sports, and, of course, cooking! We are so glad to have you on our team.
