Daniel’s Table Partners With Tufts Cancer Center

Daniel’s Table Community Freezer Program has expanded!  A freezer has been placed in the Tufts Cancer Center located on Lincoln Street, Framingham, MA.  The freezer is filled with nutritionally dense meals that are prepared in the Kitchen at Daniel’s Table, then packed, labeled, frozen and then distributed to 23 Freezer locations, including Tufts Cancer Center.  “This is a very special partnership, ” says Sandra Montesino of Daniel’s Table.  “Taking away the fear of not having nutritious food and not having that patient choose between healthy food and life saving prescriptions is exactly why we do what we do.”  The volunteers at Daniel’s Table play a critical role helping prep, package and deliver meals to the freezers.  Sending a huge thank you to all the volunteers who make the work of Daniel’s Table much easier!  Please consider donating so that we can keep the freezers filled!  Visit http://www.danielstable.org/donate  Every penny counts!  Thank you!
