HOPKINTON – Judith “Judy” Ann MacNeill (Fair) a loving mother, Noni, sister, aunt, and friend passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on April 10, 2023, at the age of 68.
Born in Framingham, Judy spent all of her life in Framingham and Hopkinton where she cultivated strong relationships within her community.
Judy was predeceased by her husband, Seldon MacNeill.
Judy is survived by her daughters, Kristen Piper (Christopher Teel) of Framingham and Kathryn Piper of Plainville; stepsons, Brandon MacNeill of Clinton and Corey MacNeill of Charlton; grandchildren, Allegra and Travis; and her brothers, Mark Fair (Kristine Fair) of Framingham, Tom Fair of Amherst, and Walter “Inky” Fair of Holliston along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
For more than 30 years, Judy proudly served as a school bus driver for the Framingham School District. Her dedication to her work and the children she transported was evident in the care and compassion she exhibited daily. Her hardworking and generous nature made a lasting impact on the lives of those she encountered.

In her free time, Judy found great joy in gardening, music, and spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She was also a devoted dog lover, cherishing every moment with her German Shepherd, Jack. Those who knew Judy will fondly remember her kind heart and loving spirit. Judy’s legacy will live on through the cherished memories and stories of her loved ones.
Family and friends will honor and remember Judy’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral home, 11 Lincoln St. Framingham on Friday, April 21 from 4-8 p.m.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning in St. Bridget Church, 830 Worcester Rd. Framingham at 10 o’clock.
Interment will be private.
