NATICK – Stephen Michael Conley, 50, of Natick, passed away on April 3, 2023, after suffering a heart attack.
Steve was the beloved husband of Kerry (McDonald) Conley, and the proud father of two sons – James Conley and Michael Conley. Steve was the loving son of the late Frederick Conley and the late Cecilia Conley of Natick. Though Steve was an only child, he accumulated a multitude of friends over the course of his life, many of whom considered Steve to be a brother.
Steve was a graduate of Boston College High School, and The College of the Holy Cross, where he studied political science and was the senior class president.
Steve spent his entire professional career making friends in the golf industry, most recently as the Director of Sales at Cobra / Puma Golf. Steve was an accomplished golfer – captain of the varsity golf team at Holy Cross and a lifelong member at Woodland Golf Club, where he was once Junior Club Champion.

The most important part of Steve’s life and where he found his greatest happiness was as a devoted father to his sons James and Michael, who, following in Dad’s footsteps, are both currently enrolled at BC High.
Steve travelled the country with his boys, visiting major league baseball parks, and was actively involved in all their sports exploits. He instilled in them his love of Boston sports, his love of golf, and his loving devotion to family. Steve was a passionate fan of Boston sports and was a season ticket holder for many years at both Fenway Park and Gillette Stadium. He got to see a Red Sox World Series win and four Patriots Super Bowl wins in person.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, April 10, 2023, from 4-7PM in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street in Natick.
Funeral from the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick’s Church, 144 Central St., Natick at 9:30 a.m.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Burial will be private.
