Framingham Police To Summons Driver After Hit & Run Crash on Route 9

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police will summons a driver to court, after a hit & run crash on Route 9 Monday night.

The two-vehicle, rear-end crash happened at 8:42 p.m. on March 27 at 575 Worcester Road, according to the public police log.

The driver left the scene, but was later identified by police, said the Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

The driver will be summonsed to court, she said.

There were no injuries, said Lt. Mickens.
