FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested an Ashland man early Sunday morning, after a crash.

Police were called to 164 Irving Street for a 2-vehicle crash after midnight on March 19.

At 1:08 a.m. Framingham Police arrested Silas Dos Santos, 54, of 95 Leland Farm Road in Ashland.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.

“He side-swiped another vehicle,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.

There were no injuries.
