FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Marlborough man yesterday morning, March 7, while investigating motor vehicle breaking & enterings.

Framingham Police arrested at 9:48 a.m. Jean C. Dearmas Burgos, 33, of 1 Winter Street in Marlborough.

He was charged with disorderly conduct but police are still investigating.

Police were called to the Hollis Street for a motor vehicle breaks that had just occurred on Waverly and Coburn Streets, said Framingham Polcie spokesperson Lt. rachel Mickens.

One of the breaks happened at the Brazilian-American Center (BRACE) on Route 135.

Police officers “found Dearmas Burgos walking nearby,who matched the description given,” said Lt. Mickens.

“He initially refused to stop for officers, crossing through busy traffic to avoid them,” said Lt. Mickens.

“During their investigation, he continually reached into his pocket where officers located a firearm,” said Lt. Mickens.

The fire arm was “later determined to be a BB gun that looked identical to a real gun,” said Lt. Mickens.

The motor vehicle breaks are still under investigation, said Lt. Mickens.
