BOSTON – Framingham High junior Abby Desmarias is the third fastest runner in New England.
Desmarias competed in the New England indoor championships at the Reggie Lewis Center on Saturday, March 4 in the 55-meter event.
Desmarais time was 7.16 seconds.
Crossing the finish line first was West Warwick freshman Lisa Raye in 7.12 seconds.
Cranston junior Ailani Sutherland was second in 7.15 seconds
