FRAMINGHAM – One person was injured in a 2-vehicle crash on February 25, said Framingham Police.

Police and fire responded to a 2-vehicle crash at Route 9 and Oak Crest Drive at 11:30 p.m.

Both vehicles went off the road, said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. rachel Mickens.

One vehicle struck a pole, said the police spokesperson.

One vehicle struck a fire hydrant, said Lt. Mickens.

One person was injured and transported to Framingham Union Hospital.

One driver was cited for a marked lanes violation, said Lt. Mickens.

Both vehicles needed to be towed, said Police.
