FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man early Friday morning on drug and motor vehicle charges.

A police officer pulled over a vehicle on Arlington Street with no headlights at 2:03 a.m. on Friday, February 24.

The vehicle “did not have any headlights on,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Police arrested at 200 Arlington Street Luis Parades-Mazariegos, 26, of 100 Alexander Street in Framingham.

“He also refused to identify himself or provide the vehicle registration to the officer,” said the Police spokesperson.

He was “found in possession of substance consistent with cocaine,” said Lt. Mickens.

He was charged with a lights violation, identify operator violation, and possession of a Class B drug
