Framingham Police Arrest Lowell Teen on Motor Vehicle Charges

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Lowell man on Friday night on motor vehicle charges.

On February 24 at 7:40 p.m., Police arrested Jeyl Guerrero, 19, 14 Burns Street of Lowell was arrested after a motor vehicle stop.

“Guerrero did not immediately stop for police.  He was found operating without a license and had a warrant out of Lowell,” said Lt. Rachel Mickens. “Also charged for marked lanes violation and speeding.” 

He was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and an outside warrant.
