FRAMINGHAM – City Hall will have a delayed opening at 10 a.m., Tuesday, February 28, due to the impending winter storm.

The Callahan Center/Council on Aging and both Libraries (Main Branch and McAuliffe) will open at 11 a.m.

A snow emergency parking ban on all arterial roads will go into effect from 5 a.m.Tuesday, February 28, until 5 a.m.Wednesday, March 1.

Arterial roads are designated with posted red and white signs. This parking ban is in addition to the citywide year-round odd/even parking restriction on all streets. Residents are encouraged to seek off-street parking and not interfere with snow clearing operations. Any vehicle obstructing snow clearing operations will be towed.
