FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham High girls basketball team is seeded #6 out of 41 playoff teams in the MIAA Division 1 tournament.

The Flyers finished the regular season with a record of 14-6 overall, under Head Coach Kristen Fucarile.

Framingham has a bye in the first round.

The Flyers will play the winner of the #27 Quincy High vs #38 Doherty Memorial game.

UPDATED: Framingham High will host Quincy High on Saturday, March 4 at 7 p.m.

The #1 seed is the Andover High undefeated at 21-0

There are several Bay State Conference teams in the playoffs besides Framingham & Needham.

They are:

  • #5-seeded Brookline High at 16-4
  • Newton North is the #10 seed with an overall record of 15-6
  • #19-Needham High. The Rockets had a record of 8-10
  • Wellesley High at #20 with a record of 9-11
  • Weymouth High is seeded #25. The Wildcats have a record of 11-9.
