Framingham Police Arrest Moped Driver

FRAMINGHAM _ Framingham Police pulled over a moped driver yesterday morning and charged him with multiple violations.

Police rrested at 11:08 a.m. on Second Street Ian T. Rivera, 21, of 126 Beaver Street of Framingham

“An officer stopped Rivera for operating the moped without a helmet,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“He was also operating without a license, no registration sticker, and had a warrant out of Sherborn,” said the Police spokesperson.
