NATICK – A man was struck and killed by a commuter rail trail on the Framingham/Worcester line tonight, February 13.

The man was in his 50s, said authorities.

The incident happened between Bacon Street and Route 135 near the Natick & Wellesley line, after 4:30 p.m.

The man was struck on the train tracks along East Central Street by a train traveling from South Station to Framingham.

An investigation is being conducted by the Middlesex district attorney’s office, State Police detectives, MBTA Transit Police, and Natick police, said the District Attorney’s office.
