NEWTON – The Framingham High co-ed gymnastics team, who went undefeated during the regular season, captured second place at the Bay State Conference meet on Saturday morning at Newton North High School.

Flyer Maggie Spring leaped to second place in the all-around competition.

Spring and Framingham’s Olivia Lane finished one-two in the balance beam event.

Framingham senior Kevin Theodore was named senior gymnast of the year for the Conference.

Theodore won the floor exercise event.
