FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Pennsylvannia man, after he caused damage to a vehicle and slashed the vehicle’s tires.

On Sunday, January 29, at 4;25 a.m. Police arrested Joseph Donahue, 22, of Waverley Township in Pennsylvannia.

“Donahue caused damage to a vehicle bumper and slashed the vehicles tires,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

He was charged with malicious destruction of property over $1,200.

The parties are known to each other, said Lt. Mickens.
