CHELMSFORD – The Framingham High co-ed wrestling team competed at the Chelmsford Invitational yesterday, January 7.

Sophomore Dan Sullivan made his second tournament finals, and took second place.

Flyers junior John Nogueira went 4-1 on the day and took a medal for sixth place.

“John wasn’t allowed to wrestle his last match due to 5 match rule so automatically defaulted him to 6th,” said head Coach Erik Delehanty.

Framingham’s Pedro Marcal earned his first varsity win.

Framingham finished in 15th place out of 26 teams.

“Only 4.5 pts separated us from being out of the top 10,” said the head coach.
