NEWTON – Behind two goals by freshman Emily Hudson, the Framingham High girls ice hockey team defeated the Tigers of Newton North High.

The 6-1 road win, means the Flyers are now 2-0 on the season.

Those were Hudson’s first and second varsity goals.

Tatum Villa had a goal and an assist in the win.

Sophia Tersoni, Brooke Anderson, and Maggie Robinson also scored goals.

Mikal Franklin makes 16 saves in net for Framingham.
