FRAMINGHAM – On Friday, December 9, OnStar called Framingham Police with the location of a vehicle stolen from Cape Ann.

The company said a 2010 GMC Terrain that was stolen out of the Town of Ipswich was in Framingham, said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Framingham Police officer responded to 110 Arlington Street and found the vehicle and a man inside of the vehicle, said Lt. Mickens.

Police arrested at 6:17 a.m. Frankie Guevara, 29, of Framingham but with no known address.

He was “found in possession of a substance consistent with crack cocaine,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Mickens.

Police charged Guevara with an outstanding warrant, possession of a Class B drug, and receiving a stolen motor vehicle.
