BOSTON – The National Weather Service has upped its snowfall totals for MetroWest for Sunday into Monday, December 12 as of 4:30 p.m.

The federal agency now says the region could see 1-2 inches of snow instead of less than an inch

Snow started falling about 3 p.m., and at that time the National Weather Service out of Boston/Norton said snow accumulation is expected to be an inch or less.

Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Monday is forecasted to start cloudy and then become sunny, with a high of 35 degrees.
