FRAMINGHAM – William S.  “Billy” or “Quinny” Quinn, 68, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2022.

Billy was a lifelong resident of Framingham.  

He was the first-born son of the late William G. Quinn and Virginia M. (Worrey) Quinn.  

In his early years Billy enjoyed all sports, and excelled in baseball, golf and hockey.  

After graduating from Framingham South High School Billy went to work at the Natichioni Gas Station, and because of his infectious personality and smile, customers would travel near and far to get waited on by “Quinny”.

He was thoughtful, kind and had many, many friends from all walks of life.  

Billy then went on to work for the Framingham Public Works Department and the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.

Billy is survived by his brothers Michael J. Quinn and his wife Gina Mingace Quinn of Newton, Robert S. Quinn and Michelle of Holliston, Kevin E. Quinn of Framingham and his sister Paula M. Parrish and her fiancé Mario Ponte of Exeter, NH, his beloved nephews and niece Jason Quinn of Holliston, Jenna Quinn of Cambridge, Sean Parrish of Exeter, NH, Michael and Christopher Quinn of Newton.  Also survived by cousins Robert and Cindy Quinn of Framingham and John, Roger and Bruce Worrey of Windham, Maine.   

Billy’s family will honor him privately.
