NATICK – The Framingham High varsity cheerleaders won the Natick Invitational cheer competition on Saturday, October 29 at Natick High.

Not only did the Flyers win first place for varsity in their division, but they were crowned grand champions.

The grand champion is the squad with the highest score in all divisions

Captains this season are Alyssa Brandolini, Ava Heitman, and Kaylani Santana.

Other squad members are Julia Ottaviani, Kyra Busenburg, Ana Chaves, Camille Cordeiro, Natalia Gutierrez, Lily Mark, Amani Rivera, Lunah Semprum, Keira Wiltshire, Lauren Carnicelli, Ashley Cutler, and Mia Canney.

The team is coached by Sue Pereira and Brandy Chartier.

Yesterday, the junior varsity Flyers also captured first place.

Framingham’s varsity squad will compete next at the Bay State Conference championship at Newton North High on Wednesday, November 2.
