FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Boston man on multiple charges, including one charge, after he “exposing his genitals,” to a man, yesterday, October 13.

Manuel Brunette-Silveira, 40, of 57 Hemenway Street of Boston was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on Thursday at 464 Waverley Street.

He was charged with lewd, wanton, & lascivious conduct, attempted to commit a crime, and disorderly conduct.

A man was was stopped at traffic light at the intersection of Hollis and Waushakum Street and Brunette-Silveira gestured towards him and then exposed his genitals, said the Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Earlier yesterday, Police were called to another location where Brunette-Silveira “attempted to steal a bike and money,” from a man, said Lt. Mickens.
